By accessing or using ZODs platform, website, and associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), including integration with $ZODS token, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Platform or its services.

2. Platform Services

ZODs provides a web-based interface platform that enables users to interact with various third-party smart contracts and services. The Platform integrates with $ZODS token for various utility purposes. Platform services may include but are not limited to:

• Integration with third-party protocols and smart contracts
• Community participation opportunities
• Other platform-specific functionalities

3. Third-Party Integration

Users explicitly acknowledge that:

• ZODs does not own, control, or maintain any smart contracts
• The Platform serves as an interface to third-party protocols and services
• All smart contract interactions are between users and third-party protocols
• Users are responsible for understanding the risks of any third-party services they interact with

4. AI Integration Disclaimer

The Platform may utilize or integrate artificial intelligence features. Users acknowledge that:

• AI-driven suggestions, analysis, or actions are provided for convenience
• All decisions based on AI recommendations are made solely by users
• The Platform bears no responsibility for outcomes resulting from AI-assisted decisions
• AI features may have limitations, biases, or produce unexpected results

5. Platform Evolution

The Platform operates in a dynamic environment where:

• Platform capabilities expand alongside ecosystem developments

6. $ZODS Token Integration

7. No Company Liability

ZODs platform is a community-driven project with no corporate entity behind it. All participants acknowledge that they are interacting with an interface where no single entity controls or is responsible for:

• Third-party smart contract operations
• External protocol functionality
• Token value or utility
• Platform development direction

8. User Obligations

Users of the Platform agree to:

• Conduct their own research on any third-party services
• Maintain security of their accounts and assets
• Use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws
• Not engage in any harmful or malicious activities
• Not attempt to circumvent platform security

9. "As Is" Basis

The Platform and all its components are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the Platform developers, contributors, or community members be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from Platform use.
